Parts Services offers easy and convenient ways for you to order parts. Use the Parts Price, Availability, and Ordering application to search for price and stock on hand. You then have the option to order parts using the shopping cart feature, fax or email purchase orders to our order desk, or set up a Business to Business ATA SPEC 2000 electronic data connection via Aeroxchange.
Many customers choose to receive open order reports for parts and kits. Through your Customer Account Manager, you control the distribution list and frequency of the report, which shows your orders' current status and anticipated shipping dates.
Order Consolidation gives you the option to have us hold and consolidate all order lines for release at one specific day and time. This program is available from our Chicago and Frankfurt Hubs on an as-requested basis. Please contact your Customer Account Service Team (CAST) for more information.
