Asset Management Typical Remarketing Services
- Collaborate to develop a general strategy to remarket and solicit offers for the sale of the aircraft
- Inform its relevant sales personnel that the aircraft is available for sale
- Advise on prevailing market conditions, asking prices, sale prices or lease rates of comparable aircraft
- Advertise the aircraft as MHI RJ Aviation ULC deems appropriate
- Respond to every third party who expresses an interest in the aircraft
- Provide any third party with, or provide access to, the aircraft’s technical and operational information and documentation
- Use reasonable endeavours to obtain bona fide offers for the aircraft on an “as is, where is” basis, while minimizing costs and maximizing revenues
- Advise operator of any issues which could, in MHI RJ Aviation ULC's good faith, have a materially adverse effect on the aircraft, its performance, or on prospective buyers or lessees;
- Provide such other assistance with respect to remarketing the aircraft as may be required by the operator upon terms and conditions to be mutually agreed to in writing by the parties.
