Our wide range of services extends from Certification program and Flight Test requirements to Load Analysis, Handling and Performance assessments, Tool development and Flight simulations. Our Flight Science team also offers Aerodynamic design expertise and handles noise/emission certification as well as conducts thermal zonal and structural assessments, flutter and control reversal analysis and lightning and HIRF protection.

Systems, Avionics and Powerplant Engineering

As specialists in aeronautical product development and sustaining activities, we offer end-to-end services across the critical areas of Systems, Avionics and Powerplant Engineering. On each project, we begin with the customer’s needs. We look at all functional and operational requirements and hold product design requirement reviews to assure accuracy and reliability that leads to certification.

 

Testing, Compliance and Continued Support

 

In addition to securing design approval to airworthiness standards, our specialists will prepare all flight test plans and flight assessments as well as qualification testing. We will conduct risk assessments and provide engineering to ensure compliance and safety throughout the life of the aircraft. For maximum reliability, maintainability and safety, we can handle all repairs, concessions and airworthiness limitation changes.

Aircraft interiors that focus on appearance, functionality and ease-of-use give airlines a competitive edge and passengers a better in-flight experience. From aircraft interior design to certification and in-service, we help assure optimal interiors by working in close collaboration with key groups such as Stress, Systems Design, Flammability, Methods, Production and Interior as well as customer design engineering.

Our experts will oversee all interior mockups, concepts and interfaces. We will also provide detailed drawings and installation drawings of interior components, then conduct qualification testing and final certification of your aircraft interior.

Our Aerostructures team works on innovative designs that are safe, reliable and highly efficient. We offer end-to-end service that extends from Airframe Concepts and Designs to Testing and Certification as well as sustaining activities. For us, creating aerostructures is a collaborative effort that includes Loads and Dynamics of Structures, Materials and Processes (M&P), In-Service Engineering (ISE), Flight Science and Aerodynamics.

 

Building on Experience

 

Using advanced 3D designs and digital electronic mockups, our team will create the concept layout and handle details assemblies, installations, tooling, DV and experimental drawings. From preliminary design to production drawings and stress certification reports and analysis, we provide drawings required for all phases of product development. This includes providing installation drawings of hydraulic, electrical, avionics and fuel systems. And, we assure your solution by conducting a complete set of tests: Stress Analysis, Statics, Fatigue, DTA, Design sizing and optimization of the primary and secondary structure.

With MHIRJ, you benefit from an experienced technical publications team dedicated to helping you meet your technical publications and maintenance programs development needs, on schedule and on budget. We offer experienced technical authors, illustrators, editors and publishing experts to create and manage the content necessary, ensuring that up-to-date technical documentation is available to your customers for safe and effective operations.

 

A Comprehensive Model

 

Starting with content creation to distribution across a variety of formats, we offer the processes and tools needed for an efficient workflow. In addition to providing low-cost technical publications solutions, we can also assist you in the development of a cost-effective Maintenance Program to improve aircraft reliability, support safety and enhance knowledge sharing.

Certification and Project Planning

To meet all project requirements and constraints, our skilled and highly experienced team provides Project Management and execution of planned commitments for internal and external customers including certification support of aeronautical products and Safety Management processes for Continued Airworthiness

Project Management & Airworthiness Services

 

We will assist you with your aircraft Certification Flight Test, including creation of the Procedures Operating Manual (POM) required during this phase of development. Additionally, we can build your Aircraft Flight Manual (AFM), Operating Manuals (OM) and Integrated Pilot Checklist (IPCL), as well as to help you develop your Company Operating Manual and Standard Operating Procedures (COM, SOP). We will also assist you in creating Flight Training Program according to the latest industry standards and emerging regulations. To ensure safety and efficiency of operations prior to the Entry Into Service (EIS) phase we will conduct Customer Operational Readiness Evaluations (CORE). We will support Flight Operations during EIS, as well as train, roll out and support your Customer Liaison Pilot (CLP) functions. And lastly, we will assist you with validation and qualification of your aircraft Flight Training Devices to ensure their highest integrity.

Manufacturing and Quality System

Having a Manufacturing and Quality System is essential for your company to achieve its objectives both in terms of product success and customer satisfaction. As experts in developing Quality Systems, we can create a system for aircraft fabrication, assembly and maintenance, or for any other type of industry. Relying on a good relationship with authorities, your system will be developed to all applicable regulations. Additionally, we offer engineering support and process development related to manufacturing.

 

Quality Management System

 

We can design a Quality Management System to support parts manufacturing and final assembly line for aircraft or other product. We can also develop a Supplier Quality Management solution and an Audit system for internal and supplier control. Drawing on our expertise, we can develop a Manufacturing Engineering Process for you that encompasses an Integrated Manufacturing System, Material review board (MRB), Engineering dispositions of non-conformities and functional test investigations as well as weight and balance. To assure Certification support, we will take care of all manufacturing and maintenance approvals.

In addition to being experts in experimental and production flight tests, our pilots offer deep experience in the areas of line operations and flight training. From the Flight Test phase to Certification, Flight Simulator Qualification, Flight training and In-Service support, they are here to assist you in the development of your comprehensive flight operations needs.
